Ordered a Hampton Bay Ceiling fan with light package online that was on sale for Fourth of July. Loved the convenience of the Home Depot app to select what I wanted, pay online then used the curbside pickup feature to have a Home Depot staff member load my purchase into my car. One more reason I love to shop here.♥️
We worked with Kris today and had an awesome experience with him and your store. We went to Lowe’s after and the difference in the level of customer service was remarkable. Ive never really cared one way or another when it comes to Lowes vs. Home Depot, but today, Kris made me a Home Depot customer for life.
I stopped by this store to get a couple of supplies. When I did find an employee to ask for help they took me to the exact aisle to find it. They were friendly and checkout was fast. Mission Accomplished!
